In an incredible act of generosity, Jeff Vinik, the owner of the Tampa Bay Lightning, just announced that every one of his 300 full-time employees will receive a sweet bonus of at least $50,000 as he prepares to sell his stake in the team! This $20 million farewell gift is Vinik’s way of sharing the wealth and recognizing the hard work of his team. It’s heartwarming to see such kindness, especially after the struggles many have faced recently.
