Price comes in second, with 30% of you considering cost as a key factor. While battery life and appearance hold less weight for most, they still play a role in the decision-making process. Top comments:
"Appearance, battery life, and price are nice to have, but they’re useless if the device isn’t reliable. You need a device that won’t break when you fall or stop working when you step more than 20 feet into your yard."
“Ability to control who receives the call.”
“I researched and kept coming back to Medical Guardian. Fortunately, I haven’t had an emergency but knowing I have it on me is such a relief. Plus, it gives more than emergency assistance such as how much walking I’ve done etc.”
“Reliability.”
While we can’t publish them all, we do read and appreciate every comment. Some comments are edited to make room for more contributions.

Go green — If coffee’s not your thing, green tea also has proven longevity cred, likely because it contains powerful antioxidants known as catechins that may help combat diabetes and heart disease. In a large study of more than 40,000 Japanese men and women, drinking five or more cups of green tea a day was associated with a 12 percent decrease in mortality among men and a 23 percent decrease among women.
Slang Phrase of the Day
Phrase: “Go off”
Meaning: A phrase used to encourage someone to keep speaking, often when they’re passionately ranting or expressing strong opinions. It can also be used sarcastically, implying the person is going on too much, as in, “But go off, I guess.”
In a sentence: “Go off! Tell them how it is!”
