On This Day In History — On this day in 1976, the Concorde, a commercial aircraft built with funding from the British and French governments that generated a sonic boom as it traveled through the atmosphere at supersonic speed, began regular service. It had its last commercial flight in 2003.

Longevity Tip Of The Day
Go green — If coffee’s not your thing, green tea also has proven longevity cred, likely because it contains powerful antioxidants known as catechins that may help combat diabetes and heart disease. In a large study of more than 40,000 Japanese men and women, drinking five or more cups of green tea a day was associated with a 12 percent decrease in mortality among men and a 23 percent decrease among women.

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s undeclared watch fetches $294K at climate auction
The wristwatch that landed Arnold Schwarzenegger in detainment at Munich Airport on Wednesday raised €270,000 ($294,000) after being sold at a dinner in Austria for his charity, the Schwarzenegger Climate Initiative.
The event, which raised €1.31m in total, was attended by US Climate Envoy John Kerry along with many other climate action visionaries. Art pieces and unique jewelry were also auctioned off.
Popping a Daily Multivitamin Could Prevent Cognitive Decline as we Age, Shows Third Study
Researchers found that those who took a daily multivitamin improved their memory and slowed cognitive aging by two years.
The team from Mass General Brigham says their research “confirms consistent and statistically-significant benefits” of a daily multivitamin versus placebo for both memory and global cognition.
