In Alaska, public employee shortages are affecting essential services like transportation and snow plowing. The state's decision to close its pension system is contributing to these challenges, as it becomes difficult to attract and retain public workers. Reinstating traditional pension systems could be crucial for states like Alaska to ensure they can meet essential community needs and attract public employees​

Lastly — Hunter Biden has been indicted on nine tax charges, including three felonies and six misdemeanors. This indictment is related to allegations of spending millions on personal expenses instead of paying tax bills.
