Working in Retirement: The 3 Rs That Will Help You Find Your Passion

Many of us do not even consider stopping work as an option in retirement. We may plan to work in a different way, different hours, or even utilizing totally different skills. I find exciting the notion that many of us decide to use this opportunity to work at something we are passionate about.

Prince William to build homes for the homeless on his Cornish estate

  • The Prince of Wales has announced plans to build homes on his Cornish estate in a bid to tackle homelessness in the South West of England.

  • Alongside Cornish homelessness charity, St Petrocs, the project will provide 24 homes in Nansledan, Newquay, with "wrap around support" for local people experiencing homelessness.

The hottest trend in U.S. cities? Changing zoning rules to allow more housing

  • America is facing a housing crisis.

  • The U.S. is short millions of housing units, and the situation is especially tight for those with low incomes. Half of renters are paying more than a third of their salary in housing costs, and for those looking to buy, scant few homes on the market are affordable for a typical household.

  • To ramp up supply, cities are taking a fresh look at their zoning rules and the regulations that spell out what can be built where and what can't. And many are finding that their old rules are too rigid, making it too hard and too expensive to build many new homes.
