On his episode of the podcast, longevity-focused practitioner Peter Attia, MD, explained that ApoB is a major predictor of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular risk that more people should be paying attention to and working to actively lower.

No one could figure out the cause of her cough. Then a nurse practitioner had an idea
In 2018, Julie Silverman developed a bad cough. She went to her primary care physician, who sent her to a plethora of other doctors, but no one could diagnose the source of the cough, or figure out a way to treat it.
Over the next few years, the cough got worse and worse. Silverman was going to weekly appointments for allergy shots, which is where she met a nurse practitioner named Alison.
China signs giant-panda conservation agreement with San Diego Zoo
The China Wildlife Conservation Association said Thursday it has signed contracts to continue a conservation program that could lead to giant pandas returning to America.
The association said it signed a new agreement with the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance three months after the last Chinese giant panda left the United States.
