Best of the Comments:
“It is very common to have memory loss as we age but the scary part is the level of memory loss and at what age.”
“My mother lost all of her past memories, but was OK with short term memory. I hope that doesn't happen to me, but that's better than nothing.”
“We have family members with memory loss and dementia so it worries me a lot”
Memory loss is something that millions of Americans struggle with, and RH members clearly have significant concerns surrounding it. We’re working on partnerships to help address these concerns.

What’s The Deal With Shopping Anyway?
I cannot keep my secret quiet any longer. I have suffered in silence for years. Only my closest friends know the situation and they tend to sympathise. It’s not really my fault, but I really HATE shopping. I always have.
Let’s try to ‘unpack’ this little problem. Perhaps I had a bad experience in the past. Perhaps if I were to be given the right sort of aversion therapy (or is it the opposite?), I might learn to love shopping.

LONGEVITY TIP OF THE DAY
Sit on the floor to put on your shoes — By consistently practicing getting up off the floor you better maintain the ability, and if you start struggling thats a red flag that you are losing important functionality and need to do more to maintain basic strength and mobility. Once we let baseline skills like getting up off the ground go its often an inevitable slow downward spiral as mobility and function continue to deteriorate. Movement keeps us alive.
