Keep Screens out of the bedroom—Many of us like to watch TV in bed, whether that’s on a mounted screen or streamed through a tablet. But the light from these screens, and the stimulation from watching, could mean lower quality sleep. And low-quality sleep over the years can impact your health, especially cognitive decline. Try putting those screens away and reading a book instead.

A group of strangers in Tennessee jumped into action, banding together to overturn a flipped car and rescue a woman trapped inside.
“I feel hope in the community because I see all the bad news around the world,” local resident Caroline Carlos told WKRN. “I saw some help from the people and good intentions.”
