DIY: Creating a Cozy Candle Holder from Recycled Materials

Looking for a simple and fun DIY project that adds a personal touch to your home? Try making a cozy candle holder from recycled materials. It’s easy, inexpensive, and a great way to spend an afternoon!

What you’ll need:

  • Empty toilet paper roll

  • Glue gun

  • Decorative paper (old magazines, wrapping paper, or fabric)

  • Scissors

  • Tea light candles

Instructions:

Prepare your roll – Start by cutting the toilet paper roll to your desired height (around 2–3 inches works best).

Decorate – Use your decorative paper to wrap around the roll. Secure it with glue or tape. You can even get creative with designs!

Attach a base – For extra stability, cut a small circle of cardboard and glue it to the bottom of the roll.

Place the candle – Set a tea light inside the holder. For added flair, try using battery-operated candles if you prefer a safer option.

Not only will your homemade candle holder light up your room, but it’s also a great way to recycle and add a personal touch to your décor. Enjoy the cozy ambiance!
